"วราวุธ" ประณามกัมพูชา ใช้ความรุนแรงรุกรานไทย สูญเสียผู้กล้าของแผ่นดิน
วันที่ 12 ธ.ค. 2568 ที่วัดวังน้ำเย็น ต.วังน้ำเย็น อ.บางปลาม้า จ.สุพรรณบุรี นายวราวุธ ศิลปอาชา อดีตรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ กล่าวว่า ขณะนี้ผมยืนอยู่ต่อหน้าทุกคนด้วยหัวใจที่หนักอึ้ง แต่เปรียบด้วยความมุ่งมั่น ประเทศไทยได้สูญเสียหนึ่งในผู้กล้าของแผ่นดิน หนึ่งในลูกหลานของพวกเราทุกคน หลังจากเหตุ ยั่วยุ โจมตี ที่ไม่อาจยอมรับได้ จากกองกำลังของกัมพูชาต่อทหารไทยผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ปกป้องอธิปไตยของชาติ

ทหารที่สูญเสียไปนั้นไม่ได้เป็นเพียงผู้สวมเครื่องแบบเพื่อปกป้องประเทศไทยเท่านั้น แต่เขาเป็นชายหนุ่มจากสุพรรณบุรีบ้านเกิดเดียวกันกับผม ซึ่ง จ.ส.ท.จิระวัฒน์ มุ่งกลาง หรือ จ่าโอม ชายผู้มีความฝัน ผู้กำลังจะริเริ่มสร้างครอบครัวใหม่ และเป็นผู้ที่ต้องรับภาระดูแลครอบครัวด้วยความเข้มแข็ง เขาถูกปลิดชีวิต อนาคตของเขาถูกพรากไปจากครอบครัว พี่น้องประชาชนชาวจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรีและประเทศไทย ทำให้เราต้องเผชิญกับความเศร้าโศกจากการกระทำที่ไร้เหตุผลในครั้งนี้
เราขอประณามการรุกรานอย่างรุนแรงของกัมพูชา การกระทำที่ไม่เพียงละเมิดบรรทัดฐานสากลเท่านั้นแต่ยังขัดต่อหลักมนุษยธรรมและความเป็นเพื่อนบ้านที่ดีอีกด้วย ประเทศไทยจะไม่ยอมให้ถูกข่มเหง จะไม่ยอมให้หยดเลือดของคนไทยต้องร่วงหล่นโดยไร้เสียงตอบรับ
ถึงทหารของเราที่ประจำการอยู่แนวชายแดน พวกเราขอยืนเคียงข้าง ความกล้าหาญ ความมีระเบียบวินัย มีความมุ่งมั่นอันไม่หวั่นไหวของเหล่าทหารหาญในการปกป้องราชอาณาจักรไทย นั่นคือแรงบันดาลใจแห่งความเคารพอย่างสุดซึ้งของประชาชนชาวไทยทุกคน ทหารคือผู้พิทักษ์อธิปไตยของชาติ และวันนี้เราน้อมสดุดีการปฎิบัติหน้าที่ของทุกเหล่าทัพ
ผมขอแสดงความเสียใจอย่างสุดซึ้งต่อครอบครัวของวีรชนผู้ล่วงลับ ขอให้ทราบว่า “จ่าโอม” เป็นสัญลักษณ์แห่งความเข้มแข็งและการเสียสละ และจะอยู่ในความทรงจำของพวกเราทุกคนไม่เลือนหาย การปฎิบัติหน้าที่ของเขาครั้งนี้จะไม่ถูกลืม และเป็นเครื่องเตือนใจของเราเสมอว่า อธิปไตยของประเทศไทยนั้นศักดิ์สิทธิ์ และตราบใดที่ยังมีภัยคุกคามแม้เพียงเล็กน้อย พวกเราก็จะเป็นหนึ่งเดียว ไม่ย่อท้อ และยืนหยัดอย่างมั่นคงเพื่ออธิปไตยของไทย

Today, I stand before you with a heavy heart and an unyielding resolve. Thailand has, once again, lost one of her brave sons—one of our sons—after an unprovoked and unacceptable attack by Cambodian forces on our soldiers who were dutifully protecting our sovereignty.
The soldier we lost was not just a uniformed defender of the nation. He was a young man from my own hometown—a man with dreams, a man on the brink of building a new family, a man who carried the weight of supporting his loved ones on his shoulders. His life was stolen. His future was taken. His family, our community, and our nation now bear the grief of this senseless act.
We strongly condemn Cambodia’s aggression—an act that violates not only international norms but also the basic principles of humanity and neighborliness. Thailand will not be intimidated. We will not allow the spilling of Thai blood to go unanswered in silence.
To our soldiers stationed along the border: we stand with you. Your courage, your discipline, and your unwavering commitment to defend the Kingdom inspire the deepest respect from every Thai citizen. You guard our peace. You uphold our sovereignty. And today, the nation honors your service more than ever.
To the family of our fallen hero, I offer my deepest condolences. Your son, your fiancé, your brother—he is now a symbol of our strength and sacrifice. His memory will not fade, and his duty will not be forgotten.
Let this moment remind us that Thailand’s sovereignty is sacred. And as long as there remains even a single threat, we—the Thai people—will stand firm, united, and resolute.
