หงส์ไทย ออกแถลงการณ์น้อมรับผลสอบ อย. เรียกคืน "ยาดมสมุนไพร สูตร 2" ล็อตปนเปื้อน ยินดีคืนเงิน เปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ ขออภัยลูกค้าและคู่ค้าทุกท่านที่ทำให้ไม่สบายใจ

บริษัท สมุนไพรไทย หงส์ไทย จำกัด ขอเรียนชี้แจงต่อผู้บริโภคด้วยความเคารพว่า ตามประกาศของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) เรื่องผลการตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรผิดมาตรฐาน รุ่นการผลิตที่ 000332 (วันที่ผลิต 09/12/2024 –วันที่สิ้นอายุ 08/12/2027) นั้นในล็อตดังกล่าวมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 200,000 กระปุก (16,666 โหล)

บริษัทฯ ขอน้อมรับผลการตรวจสอบดังกล่าวด้วยความเคารพ และได้ดำเนินการเรียกคืนสินค้าทั้งหมดจากท้องตลาดเรียบร้อยแล้ว พร้อมทั้งได้ประสานงานกับทาง อย. เพื่อดำเนินการทำลายสินค้าล็อตดังกล่าวให้เร็วที่สุด โดยทางบริษัทฯจะประกาศวันที่แน่ชัดให้ทราบอีกครั้ง

ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการ ปรับปรุงและยกระดับกระบวนการผลิตให้เข้มงวดขึ้น โดยเพิ่มขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบคุณภาพในทุกระดับ ผ่านการฆ่าเชื้อด้วย รังสี Ultraviolet เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ออกสู่ตลาดมีความปลอดภัยและได้มาตรฐาน

Hong Thai Herbal Co., Ltd. would like to respectfully inform all consumers that, according to the official announcement issued by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of Thailand regarding substandard herbal products — specifically the production batch No. 000332 (Manufactured on December 9, 2024 – Expiry Date: December 8, 2027) — a total of 200,000 units (16,666 dozens) were involved in this batch.

The Company fully acknowledges and accepts the results of the FDA’s inspection with utmost respect. We have already recalled all affected products from the market and are coordinating with the FDA to proceed with the destruction of the recalled batch as soon as possible. The exact date of destruction will be officially announced later.

Furthermore, the Company has strengthened and upgraded our production processes, adding additional quality control steps at every stage, including UV sterilization, to ensure that all future products released to the market are safe, hygienic, and compliant with the highest standards.

For our partners or customers who may still have products from this batch in possession, the Company is pleased to accept returns and will refund the full amount as well as provide replacement products from the new batch free of charge.
