กองทัพอากาศ ย้ำชัด ไม่เคยใช้ F-16 โจมตีเป้าหมายพลเรือนในกัมพูชา มีเป้าหมายทางทหาร ระบบอาวุธไทยแม่นยำ ต่างจาก BM-21 ซัด กัมพูชา ใช้พลเรือนเป็นโล่มนุษย์

(25 ก.ค. 2568) กองทัพอากาศ ยืนยันพร้อมกับปฏิเสธข้อกล่าวหาจากฝั่งกัมพูชา ที่อ้างว่าไทยใช้เครื่องบิน F-16 โจมตีเป้าหมายพลเรือน โดยข้อมูลดังกล่าวเป็นการบิดเบือนข้อเท็จจริง ซึ่งรายละเอียดตรงตามที่กองทัพบกได้มีการแถลงอย่างเป็นทางการสนับสนุนข้อมูลดังกล่าวเช่นกัน โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้

"ปฏิเสธข้อกล่าวหา-ยืนยันจุดยืนบนหลักสากล"

ข้อกล่าวหาบิดเบือน: โดยสื่อกัมพูชากล่าวหาว่าไทยใช้ F-16 โจมตีเป้าหมายพลเรือน ซึ่ง กองทัพบก กองทัพอากาศ ปฏิเสธอย่างสิ้นเชิง เห็นว่าเป็น "ข่าวบิดเบือน (Disinformation)" เพื่อหวังผลทางการเมืองและสร้างความชอบธรรมต่อการรุกรานฝ่ายเดียว

1. ไทยใช้กำลังเฉพาะต่อเป้าหมายทางทหาร

- ปฏิบัติการของไทย จำกัดเฉพาะภัยคุกคามทางทหาร

- ยึดหลัก Self-defense, International Law และ IHL อย่างเคร่งครัด

2. กัมพูชาใช้พลเรือนเป็นโล่มนุษย์

- ตรวจพบการตั้งฐานยิง BM-21 / ปืนใหญ่ในพื้นที่ชุมชน

- ใช้ "พลเรือนเป็นโล่กำบัง" (Human Shields) = ละเมิดหลักมนุษยธรรมอย่างร้ายแรง

3. ไทยหลีกเลี่ยงเป้าหมายที่เสี่ยงกระทบพลเรือน

- แม้มีสิทธิในการตอบโต้

- แต่ไทย ไม่โจมตีเป้าหมายในพื้นที่ชุมชน เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความสูญเสีย

- แสดง "ความรับผิดชอบเชิงจริยธรรม" ของทหารอาชีพ

4. ไทยยึดหลักสากล ไม่ตัดสินใจด้วยอารมณ์

- ปฏิบัติการทั้งหมด ยึดหลักกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ-กฎบัตรสหประชาชาติ

- ไทยใช้เหตุผลและการพิจารณารอบด้าน ไม่ตัดสินใจด้วยอารมณ์ แม้ในภาวะกดดันหรือถูกใส่ร้าย

5. ระบบอาวุธไทยแม่นยำ ต่างจาก BM-21

- ไทยใช้อากาศยาน (ถ้ามี) แบบ Precision Strike

- ควบคุมทิศทาง-จำกัดวงการปฏิบัติได้ ต่างจาก BM-21 ของกัมพูชาที่ ควบคุมไม่ได้ - ทำพลเรือนเสียชีวิต

กองทัพบก และกองทัพอากาศ ไม่มีเจตนารุกรานประเทศใด แต่จะ ปกป้องอธิปไตยและประชาชนไทยอย่างสง่างามด้วยเกียรติของทหารอาชีพ ที่ยึดมั่นในหลักสากลและความรับผิดชอบต่อประชาชน

Cambodian media claim that Thailand used F-16 fighter jets to strike civilian targets.

The Royal Thai Army/Air Force categorically denies this allegation.

It is regarded as disinformation aimed at political manipulation and justifying unilateral aggression.

Thai air operations (if employed) use precision-guided systems.

In contrast, Cambodia’s BM-21 rockets lack accuracy and control,
